When i am home, this is the main product i use to bake cakes. It is healthy and tastes amazing. Quark is a type of fresh dairy product, common for the European countries. It is made by warming soured milk until the desired degree of coagulation(denaturation, curdling) of milk proteins is met, and then strained. There are two different styles of quark, one is creamy like greek yogurt and other one looks like cottage cheese.
This is probably the easiest Quark cake you can bake. This consists quark, blueberries and strawberries.
One of my favorite cakes. Bottom layer is made of cookie crumbs and under the quark layer you can find 4 bananas sliced.
This is the quark cake i baked here few weeks ago. Our friend brought us some quark so i was able to bake it. It has vanilla flavored quark and cherries inside, covered with own made chocolate crust.
