Low calorie cheesecake. This cheesecake was made with only one egg white. Reason why I baked this, was to see how it stays together when you do not add eggs. I baked it only 30min but I should have done this at least 45 minutes. Nevertheless, this cake was amazing. No added sugar. Next time I am going to add organic raspberry jam and some raspberries to make it taste fresh!

This cheesecake was just something I wanted to try. I read about similar cheesecake which was made without adding sugar so I wanted to try this on my own. To make it sweet I added honey, IMO syrup(http://vitafiber.myshopify.com/products/vitafiber-imo-syrup) and bananas to make it sweet. I also added few chocolate chips. To make it healthier I used no fat cream cheese and greek yogurt. This cake is amazing and you do not have to worry about extra calories. Perfect snack for summertime.
