Low calorie cheesecake. This cheesecake was made with only one egg white. Reason why I baked this, was to see how it stays together when you do not add eggs. I baked it only 30min but I should have done this at least 45 minutes. Nevertheless, this cake was amazing. No added sugar. Next time I am going to add organic raspberry jam and some raspberries to make it taste fresh!

This cheesecake was just something I wanted to try. I read about similar cheesecake which was made without adding sugar so I wanted to try this on my own. To make it sweet I added honey, IMO syrup(http://vitafiber.myshopify.com/products/vitafiber-imo-syrup) and bananas to make it sweet. I also added few chocolate chips. To make it healthier I used no fat cream cheese and greek yogurt. This cake is amazing and you do not have to worry about extra calories. Perfect snack for summertime.

Cake for Jamaican Long Jumper (Chanice)

This cake was baked for Chanice, because of her birthday. I wanted to try something similar i baked for my coach. I did not have a chance to try it so I thought why not to bake it again and see how it actually tastes like. Everybody liked it (probably because it was filled with Nutella and ferrero Rocher) .

This cake i made for my coach who LOVES Nutella. He asked me if i can make him one with Extra Nutella. That's what i did. Unfortunately, i did not try it, but Coach said it was amazing. It had to be, cake covered with nutella, heavy cream mix has to be good! 

4 layer ice cream cake for Gym dogs

 

This cake I baked for Gymnastics girls who finished their season last weekend.

Main reason why I baked this was because one girl (Jasmine) from gymnastics group helped me with my Anthropology class, so I wanted to give something back.

It was good to find out that this cake cost me only $8 and people are buying ice cream cakes from store that cost more than $25.

 

 

Valentine's day cake

 

This cake is based on a picture I saw on Internet. I liked the way they had strawberries on sides, so I wanted to try it out on my own. I also added some Oreos into cream cheese, which makes it look more interesting. You can also see hearts made of strawberries on top of the cake.

My teammate turned 19 so I baked her an Ice Cream cake. This Oreo ice cream cake is her favorite and we had an awesome surprise for her that day. She was very happy!

 

 

 

Ice cream cake for my teammates

This is the cake I baked for my teammates, who finished 3rd at Nationals. Awesome job! Our team was one of the smallest and we finished 3rd. That shows how good these girls are!

 

This cake has many layers and two different ice creams(chocolate and vanilla). On top of the cake I added some Ferrero Rocher hazelnut chocolates, which makes cake look perfect.

This is one of my favorite cakes, because it is so easy to bake one. It only takes 20min to bake it + 30-40 min in the oven. For this cake, I use cream cheese that has 60% less calories and 50% more protein. As an athlete, it is important to me to eat food in low calories and in high protein.
